Saga North's trip to Aspen Gay Ski Week this year will be bigger and better than ever. We are staying in deluxe, well-appointed condos in the heart of Aspen, just a short walk to the slopes of Aspen Mountain or to the free shuttle buses to take you to neighboring Snowmass, Aspen Highlands and Buttermilk mountains. The town of Aspen itself is also at your doorstep, a 130 year-old mining town transformed into a winter playground. Here you will find shopping and nightlife, dozens of great restaurants, health spas and gyms. Aspen was the original Gay Ski Week. Since its inception 34 years ago it has grown to the preeminent GLBT winter sports event, drawing thousands of fun-seekers from all over the world. Besides great skiing there are daily après-ski and late-night events, a downhill costume contest, a big pool party and a comedy night. ![]() |
![]() Gay Ski Week is what you make it. You're sure to find slopes to suit your ability, whether it's the gentle beginner slopes of Buttermilk, the wide-open cruisers at Snowmass, the off-piste challenges at Ajax or the steep back-bowl at Highlands. After a hard day on the mountain you can cook dinner in your condo and curl up next to the fire with your sweetie, or you could check out the hot tub at the Limelight and then dine out with your condo-mates. Our package includes:
The lodging is double-occupancy and if you need a roommate we will be happy to find one for you. A limited number of singles are available for a $400 surcharge. Airfare is not included in the package, so you will need to book your own air itinerary. Aspen airport is currently served by United and Frontier. United will once again have seasonal non-stop service directly to Aspen from SFO. Sign up early and save $75 off the package price. We also have a couple of twin beds in a loft for $75 off the regular price. For an additional $23 you can get an extra day on your lift ticket (6 days instead of 5). This trip does sell-out, so make your plans early! |
