Cache Creek Rafting

June 5 - 7, 2009 (Closed)

Shed those ski clothes and don a life vest! SAGA North is going rafting on Cache Creek. Join us for two days of food, fun, entertainment, and rafting, all at a very palatable price.

We will arrange carpools to Cache Creek in time to set up camp Friday evening. Saturday morning, after an orientation and instructions, we’ll board our two person rafts. You will be fed lunch and dinner on Saturday as well as lunch on Sunday. However, you need bring your breakfast for Saturday morning and your own stash of snacks and beverages.

This trip is for the person looking for a (socially) interesting rafting excursion. The river is class 3, easy enough for most beginners with some fun rapids challenging enough to satisfy all but the 'hard-core' rafters.

Here is how to sign up: We are registering directly with the rafting company Cache Canyon. However, we need to sign up by Wednesday, May 6 to get one of the spaces we've reserved. Simply call Linda at 800-796-3091 and tell her you’re with Dennis Nix from Saga North. Then send Dennis an email letting him know that you reserved a spot — use the RSVP button below.
