Last year, Northstar added the new high-speed six-pac Tahoe Zephyr lift opening lots of new terrain for intermediate skiers and now there are plans to extend the Lookout lift from 3200 ft to 4800 ft to offer 46 more acres of advanced terrain for advanced and expert skiers. A Gold’s Gym (SOMA) trainer will demonstrate lower body exercises for strength & agility to help improve your skiing and snowboarding ability. Corey Dean, a former professional hockey player, specializes in resistance training, plyometrics, and core & balance training.
